Ramp Academy is a 6-month discipleship journey designed to help young adults grow in faith, leadership, and life.

Following the completion of our first cohort, we're currently discerning what a future season could look like.

So what’s included?

Using the CBL method, our sessions unpack scripture in ways that are interactive, deep, and practical. You’ll be challenged to think theologically and live missionally. 
These retreats include teaching, fun activities, prayer & worship, rest, and personal reflection. There will also be additional opportunities for national field trips across the year.
Hands-on training in areas such as public speaking, digital media, songwriting, fundraising, podcasting, project management, and more.
Bi-weekly pastoral meetings help guide, shepherd, and support your emotional and spiritual journey. You won’t walk alone.
Students have the opportunity to serve in other ministry contexts, churches, events, outreach teams, putting learning into action outside of their local church.

Young adults who are passionate about growing in their faith and want to take the next step in their faith journey.
While future formats may vary, the first cohort included around 3 days of structured learning, alongside personal study, prayer rhythms, mentoring, and involvement in local church life. Email academy@theramp.org.uk if you have any more questions on this.
Not at all. Ramp Academy is for any young adult in any stage of life - whether that’s university, work, creative industries, business, or something else. While we provide strong biblical and leadership foundations, our goal is to equip you to follow Jesus wholeheartedly in any sphere of life, not just in church settings.
Our hope was that students would leave with a deeper walk with God, stronger biblical foundations, greater clarity around calling, meaningful relationships, and practical experience living out their faith in everyday life.
The previous cohort contributed approximately £340 per month towards retreats, programme activities, resources and teaching environments across the six-month journey.
We never want finances alone to become a barrier, and support can be discussed where needed.
We’re currently taking time to reflect on the first cohort and prayerfully discern what the future of Ramp Academy may look like.

Ramp Academy was born out of a desire to create intentional environments for discipleship, formation, community, and spiritual growth for young adults hungry to follow Jesus deeply in today’s world.
